Erola Fenollosa Romaní received her BSc in Environmental Sciences and MSc in Environmental Agrobiology from University of Barcelona in 2015 and 2016 respectively, both with extraordinary prize. She has also a Superior University Course in Data Science, aplications in Biology and Medicine with Python and R (2018). In 2014 she stayed for three months in Dr. Katja Tielbörger’s lab, from Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen (Germany), through an Erasmus fellowship from Spanish Government. She performed her PhD in the ANTIOX Ecophys group awarded with a 4-year PhD Fellowship (FPU) from the Spanish Government for the study of invasive plants using a combined approach integrating data science in the study of invasive plants' physiology. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the ANTIOX Ecophys group where she is developing the research line of the Ecophysiology of Invasive Plants and Ecophysiology of Mediterranean Seed Banks in coordination with Prof. Sergi Munné-Bosch
