Erola Fenollosa Romaní received her BSc in Environmental Sciences and MSc in Environmental Agrobiology from University of Barcelona in 2015 and 2016 respectively, both with extraordinary prize. She has also a Superior University Course in Data Science, aplications in Biology and Medicine with Python and R (2018). In 2014 she stayed for three months in Dr. Katja Tielbörger’s lab, from Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen (Germany), through an Erasmus fellowship from Spanish Goverment. She is currently a PhD student at University of Barcelona, and she has been awarded with a 4-year PhD Fellowship (FPU) from the Spanish Government for the study of invasive plants using a combined approach integrating data science in the study of invasive plants' physiology.
